Get a list of the events attached to the Device.

The return value is a list of events found for the matching date and deviceId or ESN. All date inputs require a ISO8601 formatted String. Midnight is assumed if time is absent and UTC is assumed if time zone is absent. examples: 2014-07-01, 2014-07-01T15:53:00, 2014-07-01T15:53:00-05:00
